1. Hook up your G-Drive account and pick your file.
2. Embed that file in your Knowledge article.
3. These Drive files are now accessible to your people through a well-ordered knowledge base. No more trawling through thousands of docs to find that policy.
4. You keep all the functionality of a normal article (Mandatory read, tagging, author reminders).
And that is it – it’s that simple. All of a sudden you can start making sense of that overwhelming stack of GDrive files by presenting them in your Twine Knowledge Base. It’s great for new starter guides, meeting notes and policies that are collaboratively edited, but deserve to be featured on Twine.
